Groupe Le Parc is a Real Estate investment company based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. The company owns, operates, and develops various types of real estate.
It has owned and operated Hotels, Multi Residential Apartments, Seniors Living Facilities, and Office properties in Montréal, Québec. The directors of the company, have been in the hospitality business since 1980.
In 2004 they established Groupe Le Parc with the aim of developing a seniors’ living facility and a condominium project in Montréal. Phase I consisting of a luxurious 160 unit complex was completed in 2006, and our PHASE 2 senior project for 131 units is currently underway.
The Parc
A private park was created in 2006 in the residential complex integrated together with the seniors facility. A soothing oasis in the heart of Montreal, where breathing clean air is still a possibility.
